At Bathu Sneakers, we want to ensure you walk with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your sneakers within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

Prepare the Package

Place the sneakers in their original, undamaged Bathu shoebox and ensure all tags are still attached before sealing them in a protective shipping mailer.

Ship Your Return

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your sneakers, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
